Summer 2008
Deadlines to cancel your SUMMER 2008 Housing Contract :
FIRST SUMMER TERM :
By 5:00 PM, May 5, 2008
$50 deposit refunded and all charges for residential services are removed from the student's account.
After 5:00 PM, May 5, 2008
Forfeiture of $50 deposit, payment of $250 liquidation fee, and charges for residential services on a prorated basis.
SECOND SUMMER TERM :
By 5:00 PM, June 9, 2008
$50 deposit refunded and all charges for residential services are removed from the student's account.
After 5:00 PM, June 9, 2008
Forfeiture of $50 deposit, payment of $250 liquidation fee, and charges for residential services on a prorated basis.
Fall 2008
Deadlines to cancel your FALL 2008 Housing Contract:
By May 1, 2008, at 5:00 PM
$100.00 deposit is refunded and all charges for residential services are removed from the student's account.
From May 1, 2008, at 5:00 PM until August 1, 2008 at 5:00 PM
Forfeiture of $100 deposit but all charges for residential services are removed from the student's account.
After August 1, 2008, at 5:00 PM
Forfeiture of $100 deposit, payment of $500 liquidation fee, and charges for residential services on a prorated basis.
Spring 2009
Deadlines to cancel your SPRING 2009 Housing Contract :
By December 1, 2008, at 5:00 PM
$100 deposit refunded and all charges for residential services are removed from the student's account.
From December 1, 2008, at 5:00 PM until December 15, 2008, at 5:00 PM
Forfeiture of $100 deposit but all charges for residential services are removed from the student's account.
After December 15, 2008, at 5:00 PM
Forfeiture of $100 deposit, payment of $500 liquidation fee, and charges for residential services on a prorated basis.
