Housing and Residence Life's Facility Services team is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and on-going renovation of the Department's residential and office facilities. Our Facilities Services team delivers these services to keep your home in full working order, Monday through Friday during normal business hours. We also provide 24-hour a day back-up coverage to make sure that emergency issues and problems are handled quickly and efficiently. Facility Services is also responsible for coordinating the development and construction of new residential facilities at UNC Charlotte. |

| A major contributor to the success of campus residents is the interaction with our residence hall staff. These live-in staff members, in addition to the members of our team that work in the main office, provide a web of support for the students who live in the residence halls. This support has proven invaluable as students (especially freshmen) transition to campus and work to integrate themselves into the UNC Charlotte community. |

| The Housing Technology Services (HTS) team is responsible for developing, managing, and delivering the technology solutions used throughout the Department of Housing and Residence Life. The HTS unit supports both employees and residential customers through innovative products and services, such as the Nyumba Gateways for Students and Staff, our website and micro-sites, and systems such as RMS, TMA, and Seattle Technology Group's Conference Planner. |
