Jan serves as the Department's accountant and internal auditor. Duties include reconciliation of all revenue and expenditures, Facilities Management billing analysis, utility expense tracking, interdepartmental transfers, journal entries, annual operational balance sheet, financial analysis and projections, and other special reports as needed for administrative planning.

The 24 Hour Loan Key Desk Operator is located in "P" Building, in the Martin Village Community Room for the summer. Shun is responsible for issuing loan keys, tracking key return or ordering lock changes, and generally reporting on the loan key operation for the north side of campus residence halls.
