Housing & Residence Life Rate Card - Summer 2008

Below are the Summer 2008 term rates for housing at The University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Rates include: rent, all utilities, local phone service, cable TV service, The Miner Movies Channel, an Internet connectivity charge, and membership in the Resident Students Association (RSA Fee). A detailed break-down of our rates is provided at the bottom of this page.

Meal Plan Rates can be found online at the UNC Charlotte Dining Services website by clicking here. Please note that apartment residents and residents of Greek Village may choose a meal plan, but they are not required to have one. For more information on meal plans at a glance, please click here.

Summer Rates (2008)
Greek Village Single Bedroom	$ 792.00 / Per Session
Martin Village Apartments (Single Bedroom)	$ 654.00 / Per Session

Included Fees & Charges
Resident Students Association (RSA Fee) Membership	$ 11.00

The Miner Movie Channel	$ 5.00

Internet Connectivity Charge	$ 100.00

Local Phone Service (based on occupancy)
Greek Village Single Rooms (no in-room service provided)	$ 0.00
Martin Village Apartments (phone jack in each bedroom)	$ 30.00

Cable TV Service (based on occupancy and number of outlets in unit)
Martin Village Single Bedroom	$ 36.00
Greek Village Single Rooms	$ 76.00

RSA Fees, Internet Connectivity Charges, and Miner Movie Channel, are assessed to each individual student regardless of the type of residence. Cable TV Service and Local Phone Service are assessed per person.
