I have differing abilities or special needs. How do I let Housing know about this? The Department of Housing and Residence Life works in coordination with the Disability Services Office to provide accommodations to any resident with differing abilities or special needs.
Live-In Attendant Notice If you will require the services of a live-in attendant during your stay with us, please follow the steps outlined below for Requesting Services. You will also be required to complete a Background Check Certification Form on the attendant who will be living with the resident. This form is required for all persons who will live or work in our residence halls to provide health-related services to a resident. It is the responsibility of the resident (or his or her legal guardian) to have a background check completed. For assistance with the form, please contact the Assignments Office. The form is available for download at the bottom of this page.
