Residence Coordinator |
| |
Residence Coordinators (RCs) are full-time professionals who live in the residence community and are responsible for the educational and operational functions of the living area. They manage residential areas and supervise the Graduate Assistants (GAs) and Resident Advisors (RAs). RCs have college degrees and significant experience working with college students. Much of an RC's time is spent serving as an active resource for students and staff who reside in their hall/area. |

Security Guards |
| |
Security Guards work at reception desks from 11:15 p.m. to 6:45 a.m. on most evenings. Security Guards monitor main building entrances, make building tours, and enforce policies and procedures. In addition, they provide services such as issuing loan keys, responding to emergency situations, and checking out equipment. |

Resident Advisor / Resident Manager |
| |
Resident Advisors (RAs) live in the highrises, suite areas, and in the Village apartments. Resident Managers (RMs) live in Greek Village. These student staff members provide assistance, information, and support to residential students. RAs and RMs are selected for their leadership potential, interpersonal abilities, positive, caring attitudes, and sense of commitment. RAs and RMs are your primary resource for campus information and assistance.

Graduate Assistant |
| |
Graduate Assistants (GAs) support the Residence Coordinators in managing and supervising many of our residential areas. In apprenticeship positions, these graduate students gain experience in all facets of housing and residence life while pursuing advanced degrees. |

Desk Receptionist |
| |
Desk Receptionists are primarily responsible for providing helpful services at the 24-hour Loan Key Desks. They answer questions, provide information, and check out hall equipment/games.

Student Assistant for Housing Technology Services |
| |
Student Assistants who work for Housing Technology Services work a variety of projects and tasks that help HTS deliver its services to Housing employees, residents, and external customers. This includes supporting our Residential Computer Labs, providing basic employee desktop support, and assisting in our infrastructure and help desk areas.

Summer Resident Advisor and Conference Assistant |
| |
Our Summer Resident Advisors perform many of the same functions as our academic year Resident Advisors by providing assistance, information, and support to residential students.
Our Conference Assistants work in our buildings to provide service and support to our summer conference guests. These include sport camp and academic camp participants, SOAR participants and their parents, and a variety of other University guests.
