As the Associate Director for Operations, John is responsible for overseeing the day to day custodial, maintenance and guest operations for the Department of Housing and Residence Life. In addition, he is responsible for renovations and new construction for all housing facilities.

Anne is responsible for planning, coordinating and managing the conference and guest housing programs for Housing. She also works closely with the programmatic staff, serving as a liaison between the facilities operation and the Residence Life functions.

As a member of the Support Staff, Lori's main duties include preparing all purchase requisitions for the Housing Facilities department. She checks for accuracy involving receiving documents and invoices related to each purchase requisition and follows through until final payment is made. She enters work orders from residents and staff into TMA and refers work orders to the physical plant. She also hands out building keys to vendors and staff and takes care of other day to day activities in the department.

Kathy joined the Facilities Support Staff team in March. As a member of the Support Staff, Kathy's main duties include handling Staff and Student payroll preparation for the Housing Facilities department, entering work orders from residents and staff into the TMA system, and referring work orders to Physical Plant. She also logs building keys out and in, as needed by vendors and HRL Facilities Staff, and takes care of other day to day activities in the Facilities Office.
