Welcome to HRL Facility Services at UNC Charlotte. We are responsible for the management and operation of all HRL buildings and offices on the UNC Charlotte campus. This includes management and operation of:

• the Highrise Residence Halls - Holshouser, Moore, Sanford, and Scott Halls
• the Suite and Apartment Residence Halls - Cedar, C.F. Lynch , Elm, Hawthorn, Hickory, Maple, Oak, Pine, Laurel , Sycamore, and Witherspoon Halls
• the Apartment Villages - Hunt, Martin, and Phase III
• the Greek Village complex.

Our facilities services team delivers routine maintenance services to keep your home in full working order, Monday through Friday during normal business hours. We also provide 24-hour a day back-up coverage to make sure that emergency issues and problems are handled quickly and efficiently.

• Plumbing Services
• Project Management

Getting Help
If you are a current resident, please use our on-line Work Request submission form to report a problem or issue with your room. If your problem is an emergency during business hours, please contact the HRL Facility Services at (704) 687-7502.

For after hours emergency services, please contact your Resident Advisor, the Resident Advisor On Duty, or the University Police for assistance.
