Check-In Dates & Times

• Sunday - January 6th - 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM
• Monday - January 7th - 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM
• Tuesday - January 8th - 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM

If students cannot check-in by Tuesday, January 8th at 5:00 PM, they MUST contact the Assignments Office. Students who fail to claim their housing assignment by that date and time will be considered a "No Show" and their housing assignment will be cancelled (financial charges apply).

Students who plan on arriving late should send a letter or fax with their full name, UNC Charlotte Student ID Number, expected date and time of arrival, and contact telephone number for questions or other follow up. This documentation should be sent to the Assignments Office.
