Housing and Residence Life's Facility Services Department is pleased to offer appliance rentals for our residents. There are two basic types of rentals, the Micro-Fridge and the Mini-Fridge, both of which can be rented from Facility Services.

Micro-Fridge

Micro-fridges, small refrigerators with a freezer and microwave on top, can be rented for the entire year by using the Nyumba Student Gateway to complete and submit a rental contract. The cost is $70 per semester and the fee is billed directly to your student account. Once you have submitted your rental contract, your Micro-fridge will be delivered to your room during move-in weekend.

Mini-Fridge

Mini-fridges are available at $35 per semester and can be directly billed to your student account. These are smaller than microfridges, have very limited freezer space, and do not have a microwave attached. Mini-fridges can be rented for the entire year.

Using the Nyumba Student Gateway, complete and submit a rental contract, and your Mini-fridge will be delivered directly to your room over move-in weekend.
